The Curiosity plan is free: you can try it on a small event without paying anything. For the paid plans, weigh the price against what the event brings in — the calculator above gives the exact share of your takings. And the rate does not move with the number of volunteers who sign up.
Because the service costs something: hosting in France, sending the reminders and support. Your subscription covers that, and nothing else. A free tool is funded some other way: most often through advertising, or by reselling your volunteers' contact details. APEasy does neither.
One-shot is a single payment for one event, valid 60 days from activation: no subscription, no automatic renewal. Peace of Mind is a yearly subscription, for associations running several events across the year.
