Two years in my kids' school's PTA, first as secretary then as vice-president. Developer by day, volunteer parent by night, I built APEasy because I was sick of merging three versions of the same spreadsheet the night before the school fair.

An independent initiative, no fundraising. No investors to pay back, no pivot in six months. That same spreadsheet the night before the fair is the daily reality of every association — not just PTAs. Just a tool for them, built by someone who's been in their shoes.
